as seen by the screenshot, this particular member was set to renew on the 14th, however Google checkout has not processed the payment and S2 member has not caught this and this member still has access to the site. What are we doing wrong here… Please assist.

Thank you for reporting this important issue.

I would recommend contacting Google Checkout’s services to find out why the User hasn’t been charged. s2Member is dependent on the information it receives from Google Checkout for demotions, so you’ll have to find out from them.
