I was thinking about moving up to S2 pro but there seems to be a conflict with pay pall and S2 (framework-free) when it comes to IPN. There is only one spot for a return URL address in pay pall when setting up IPN. Thus does one put in the S2 or the Aweber address? I could not find any form post on this. Your training video suggest use S2 address. However… then pay pall is not set up as IPN then new members are not added to Aweber list!

The screens in Aweber are slightly different than in your training video (you can’t just click the button in Aweber. You need to configure Aweber to pay pall IPN) to make the link active.

Does one have to choose between IPN with pay pall or Aweber? If I set up the IPN to be with paypal will this effect the functioning of S2. I’m not a “code writing guy” so I hope this process doesn’t seem to simple. I hope you can see the point on how this generates confusion.

Looking forward to a simple solution.

Thanks for your help in advanced. Robert

PS As a thought, you may want to upgrade the video as this seem to be a vital and important point. And confusing for more entry level people like me.

Hi Robert.

Sorry, but I’m not sure if you’re trying to configure PayPal or AWeber.

If it’s about the PayPal IPN, then the instructions are here: [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› PayPal® IPN Integration[/hilite]

If you’re trying to integrate with AWeber, and you already watched the video, here’s an article that could help with the email parser in AWeber: Knowledge Base » AWeber email parser for s2Member

I hope that helps. :)
