I am about to upgrade to Pro version.

I still cannot work out if I can get what I need from this software plugin though.

I need 4 levels of membership. The only difference being the AMOUNT of content that each level can download, during a monthly period, from a library of material.

Is it possible to restrict the amount they download in a straight forward way?

Is it possible to retain the specific member’s download info., so that they can re-download the material that they have already paid for?

At this stage, just yes or no answers are what I need in order to purchase, pursue, and then hopefully resolve.
