… there it is, but I can’t seem to find out how to actually put it onto my site. Very frustrated!

Hello Andy,

If you don’t have the pro version of s2Member then you can’t have a free registration form outside of that URL you pointed to.

When you do have the pro version of s2Member, you can find the free registration pro-form under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Free Registration Forms.
