HELP! Can't retrieve passwrd for paid account

I am a paid member that can’t seem remember their password. I’ve tried multiple times to request a password through the lost password link on the login screen. I have waited since last night to receive an email with a link to reset it but nothing has come! PLEASE HELP! Is there a support #, support specialist or sales contact?
