Help create 1 password protected page

Hi

I need help with creating a registration process so that people can access 1 additional page of my website.

Everyone is able to see all content apart from this page.
They need to register, be given a password, which when they return can log into that page.
Without registration you are unable to see the page.

I am completely new at this and have worn google out searching for the simple solution. I dont’ know anything about codes.

If anyone could point me in the right direction of a step by step guide I would REALLY appreciate it.

Hello Ann,

This is very simple to accomplish using s2Member. You just need to protect that page at level 1 (if you want the user to pay to access it) or level 0 (if you want the registration to be free).

If it’s a level 1 protected page then you just need to offer a level 1 button generated under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› PayPal Buttons For Level #1 Access.

If it’s a level 0 protected page then all you need to do is offer a link to your website’s registration page in the membership options page. That registration link would be “http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?action=register” (without the quotes).
