HELP Why an S2Member Log In for WP admin url?

Never mind. I deleted and reinstalled and it is working now.

It is doing it again. Why do I get this (or why does it redirect from – …/wp-admin to):

http://ulewatitlan.omalleyinternetmarketing.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fulewatitlan.omalleyinternetmarketing.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fpost.php&reauth=1

When I need my WP-Admin Log in?
SO FRUSTRATING.

So I see what it is doing. It is treating my like a regular member. I registered, was mailed a password, but can only log in as if I am just a user of the membership area of the site that I am a WP administrator for. Please help.

So you’re registering a new user account and logging in, and you want to see the admin pages? But was the new user account you registered an administrator? Or are you logging into your original admin account?

I never registered as a user, I just logged in originally to my WP Admin account. Installed S2Member, went about my work and when I would return to certain screens I was locked out and was asked to log in AS IF i was a regular member.

I had to rename the S2 folder on my server just to get back in. I thought it was working went a switched it back and now it is doing it again. I have no login as a user, I never created one and my old WP Admin pre installing it will not work at the window either.

Having said all that, I will watch the video. THanks for your help!

s2Member doesn’t apply any restrictions to the admin account, so it seems to be a session problem. Could you verify that this isn’t the issue? Knowledge Base » Logged in but am considered logged out
