Home page and Welcome page issues

The URL is http://www.bab-ang.com. The Home page and Welcome page do not show up or resolve to when a user signs in. It works for me as the Admin, but that is it. Subscribers (free users) don’t get there. I had originally turned the post settings for level 0 to post 1 but have since removed that list in the restrictions. When a user logs out they get the blank home page. What settings might I have wrong?
