Home Page not viewable unless logged in?

We created a home page (using Avada template) and created a page called “Home Page” that we’ve set as our static home page.

For some reason, when i try to access the home page as a visitor, i get routed to our membership options page (called xxx-s2-subscriptions). If I try to access the home page as a logged in (#0) or Premium Subscriber (#1), I see the home page just fine.

On the Edit Page for the “Home Page” there is no Page Level Restrictions or Custom Capabilities set. Under the Restriction Options page, there aren’t any restrictions set.

When i log in as a visitor, here is the URL that shows when it sends me to the membership options page.

http://DOMAIN.com/xxx-s2-subscriptions/?_s2member_seeking%5Btype%5D=page&_s2member_seeking%5Bpage%5D=3133&_s2member_seeking%5B_uri%5D=Lw%3D%3D&_s2member_req%5Btype%5D=level&_s2member_req%5Blevel%5D=0&_s2member_res%5Btype%5D=sys&s2member_seeking=page-3133&s2member_level_req=0

I’m just trying to figure out why when i log out i can’t see the “Home Page” as a visitors but are instead taken to the Membership Options page.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Solved. I think.

I had a static page called “Home Page” set in Theme –> Customize –> Static Front Page

Therefore, anyone going to http:://MYDOMAIN.com would be routed by WordPress to “Home Page” page.

I also had S2 Member –> General Options –> Login Welcome Page set to got to a “Special Redirection Page” which i typed http://MYDOMAIN.com.

So, i THINK (and maybe someone can confirm) that when I was using a static home page as my Login Welcome Page, s2Member was redirecting visitors to the Membership Options Page, since the Login Welcome Page requires the visitor to be logged in to view it.

I changed the Login Welcome Page to a different page (“Welcome!”) instead of the Special URL http://MYDOMAIN.com and it seems to work fine.
