hosting platforms windows or linux

Hello, does my hosting need to be windows or linux to run this plugin? I currently have window, but keep getting a time out 500 internal server error. Thanks

Hello Judson, As far as I’m aware, not even WordPress is actually fully compatible with Windows server. So s2Member isn’t either unless WordPress works correctly on it. No problem. :) Yes, if you are going for servers go for Linux, and for computers go for Linux or Mac, either way you will notice a huge difference. lol Anyway, glad I was able to help. :)
