how do i customly override user role..?

Wordpress default roles are like ‘administrator’, ‘author’, ‘editor’, ‘subscriber’ ect. I want to override the role with level 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 respectively except administrator.. is it possible ..? if yes then How..?

So basically you want people to be able to pay for admin, editor roles etc.? If so, then you can do this, but using a plugin to modify the s2Member roles:
