Hi,

Just wanted to know how to remove a member. I made a refund of payment and now since I have refunded I want to remove access to the person on the members area. Should I just delete the member name in the Browse members section?

Hello Giancarlo,

If with “Browse members section” you mean the area under WP Admin -> Users -> All users -> <specific user>, then yes, you can simply delete the user there and he will no longer exist.

Also check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Automatic EOT Behavior to configure what happens when a user reaches his EOT. ;)
