How does S2Member treat this

If you try to access a page requiring login…. And you have not registered or subscribed to the site yet.

I know that If you are registered, S2Member plugin can redirect you to the page you tried to access, after you log in.

What happens, if you are not registered??

After it redirects you to a registration & email verification routine for free registration, or member options page…. for paid access…. will it, upon registration, redirect you to the page you initially requested???

I want to know, if a new site visitor, will, upon initial registration, be redirected to the page they initially requested or not.

No. After registration a customer is asked to log in. Upon logging in, the customer is redirected to your Login Welcome Page, and not to the page they were originally trying to access. In order to accomplish this, you would need to introduce some custom code (perhaps a cookie that remembers what they were trying to access).
