Hi,

I’d like to use nicely formatted Pricing Tables of Elegant Themes do display all membership levels but I have no idea how to do it with “s2member” short-code that generates Paypal subscription form without ID or NAME.

I need to have form ID or form NAME for each type of subscription in order to use javascript function in the URL of Pricing Tables short code to submit each form with onclick event.

Any advice on how to create subscription forms that will have IDs or NAMEs via short codes would be appreciated!
