we have a PRO account and have some members currently as just “subscribers” that were part of an early free campaign we did. we are now running a promotion to upgrade them and offering a free 30 day trial but requires them to add a credit card. when they sign up (while logged in) instead of giving them 30 days free trial , it’s charging their card right away. How do we fix this? |

In the shortcode for the button/form you’re charging them with, you need to define a free 30 day trial using ta, tt and tp. Example: [hilite mono]ta="0" tp="1" tt="M"[/hilite]. See: [hilite path]WP Admin -> s2Member -> [Gateway] Buttons/Forms -> Shortcode Attributes[/hilite] I hope that helps. :)
