How to ReDirect to Article

Hi,

As an avid reader online, I really hate it when I read an excerpt or click a link, then have to login, then it doesn’t redirect to where I was originally going, instead I get a interstitial and have to go find the post again or use the back button. Yuck. People want content not surfing.

So, how can I make s2 so that the user flow goes – Link to Post > Login box > continue on to actual Post – thereby skiping any “Welcome” page?

Well, you could use the [hilite mono]redirect_to[/hilite] var in the URL to your login form, and get the URL for it from the Membership Options Page variable. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Membership Options Page Variables (MOP Vars)[/hilite]

We’ll try to make this easier in the future, I’ll take your post as a request for it, but for now you’ll have to customize it from that.
