I am having trouble with PayPal integration

First, there is only official support for paid customers????

I would gladly upgrade once I know the plugin works the way I want :)

Anyways, I hope someone here can help me.

My site is not updating new members to my site after they purchase through PayPal via Jvzoo.

I am thinking it may have to do with my domain

My main domain is -> mainstreetlocalmarketing.com

However WP is installed here -> mainstreetlocalmarketing.com/wpclientsupport

Everything is working great in WP so that i snot the issue.

The integration with Jvzoo asks for the custom field domain and passes it as a hidden field just as s2member requires

In the 3rd party integration s2member states

“must ALWAYS include the custom POST variable, and that variable must always start with your installation domain ( i.e. custom=mainstreetlocalmarketing.com )”

So do you think my domain setting is the issue?

I’m not sure I can help with everything, but the support question yes.

They do not offer support for non-paid members, but they do offer support in the pre-sale questions, basically the only problem/question that’s stopping you from buying it.

So for your reason they would gladly offer support.
