I need HELP!!!

i dont know what im doing wrong or what I have not done yet but I have a few problems I need help with

1)
s2 member is not blocking my page that I have set up for members only it is just showing the [private] tags on the page but it is still viewable to anyone. However i do need to get this fixed but im taking another rout with it. instead of it being the page I have set up as a “members downloads page” I want to change it to the integrated bbpress forum so when members join they get access to the forum where non paid members will get access to all the post and a freebies page where free members can download the free stuff i want to give away and paid members will get access to every page in the forum including a premium members page or forum with premium content. so this is my first issue I need help with which leads us to my next problem.

2)
My second issue is after I have installed s2 members and the recommended bbpress forum i cant figure out how to integrate the 2 of them? I have a join page where I will give the benefits of becoming a member “set threw s2 member” but it does not show up with the benefits of becoming a member other than what I typed in the page myself. The join form is not displayed either unless I visit the provided link displayed in the s2 member plugin er login/registration design tab.

3)my site secure certificate still says not verified in the security badge tab but when I click the link to check it it comes back secure?

So what im trying to accomplish is when people visit my site they can see my static home page, blog page portfolio about us contact and join page but in order to have access to the benefits explained on the join page they need to register threw s2 members which where they will gain access to my BBpress forum for support help and downloads depending on the membership option chosen during registration. ths is y first time every using wordpress as a website but i am very tech savvy and am making a really good progress but before i finish my design work or adding protective downloads and content i want to get all the physical stuff working before I want any time on designing.

any and all help is much appreciated and I am a freelance photoshop designer and for the right help im willing to trade out design work for help getting it all set up if possible.
