Importing memberships from other plugin

Hello, if I switch to s2members from another membership plugin, will I be able to mass import my memberships? I’m using CCBill.

Thank-you for your inquiry. This should be possible with s2Member Pro’s Import/Export feature. You should be able to create a file matching s2Member’s import layout. If it takes 48 hours to respond to a pre-sales question, how long for a normal support request? 4 days? You’ve got me a little concerned.
