I am trying to automate s2: We have a level 0 user created…i want the level 0 user to go custom landing page for level 0 (we know how to do this)…we also want a ccap added to the new user “ccap: user2013″, as an example” and we want a page created with a ccap: user2013….. WE need the user to go to a landing page for level zero where there is a link that says “Click here to view your insurance cases”…when this user click, redirects to his specific ccap page…..each user would have their own page and it would be automated by api/scripting, etc…. we also need a level 1 user to be specifically assigned to this level 0 user, allowing the level 1 user to see his insurance cases (as well as the cases that her other level 0 users have in their system.. Ultimately, this will be a system that we use to track insurance business while it is in underwriting…. 4 level: 0 – Agent From what I know, s2 pro leaves levels 0-4 as free levels so that is good. Underwriting manager creates registration for new agent (open registration is set to NO)….. There need to be separate underwriting managers…each having their own agents….underwriting managers in the same office can see all cases in the office (maybe 4 underwriting managers per office)…search fields, etc would be necessary. When underwriting manager hears from insurance companies about updates to cases, she enters it into her system, having the notice also being posted in agent’s control panel…..email is sent from underwriting manager to agent automatically with details of underwriting update being sent to agent…. office manager can view all cases in office……admin can do the same…..super admin can view all offices, all cases…. so there needs to be an ability to implement this across multiple offices, keeping them all siloed per level 0-3 assigned to that office. level 4 has super admin ability to see all cases, all offices… |
