Integration of WP Newsletter 3.0 subscription

WP Newsletter 3.0 (not MailChimp) has a subscription process (widget or page) which has the shortcode [newsletter] coded on the page. I am unable to determine how I can integrate S2Member with this process. Any suggestions from the community?

I’m afraid I can’t offer any suggestions for custom integrations. :/

However I can suggest you go over to jobs.wordpress.net or elance.com or freelancer.com in order to hire a freelancer to implement it for you. :)

While I thank you for the suggestion, I am a Systems Analyst by trade (33 years worth), and write PHP. I was wanting solutions which may have already been used and tested. I have overcome the issue, but feel that a complete integration process that would allow for this, or other plugins, to be seemlessly integrated under the S2Member umbrella would be something that would/should be available.

S2Member is a great product and I prefer to not modify code which may change in the future. Upgrades are a nightmare when combining vendor code with custom. The time required to verify changes and the effects of updates to the operation of custom code (and vice verse) is something I prefer to not waste my time on.
