Hi,

I have integrated clickbank with s2member. I have generated the button in s2member and integrated into a page. Button takes me to clickbank well and complete the payment also. But when It comes back to site again, it gives me error on thank you page. It is default thank you page of s2member.

Error is:
Unable to verify POST vars. Please contact for support assistance.

I have setup all the required information in WP s2memeber.

Could you show me the shortcode you’re using for the button and the page you’re using it in, please?

Also, please post the log entries for the transaction that gave you that problem, x’ing out any private info (e.g. email, last name). [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› Account Details -> Enable Logging[/hilite]

Thanks for the logs. A couple of things I see there:

1) You have an older version of s2Member, which I recommend you update to the latest.

2) It keeps mentioning a possible misconfiguration for the ClickBank integration. Please review your settings and double check that you entered everything correctly. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options[/hilite]

Could you please confirm that you Pro add-on is active? In the s2Member menu look at the bottom entries, is there one that says “s2Member Pro Info”?

OK. Could you submit your dashboard and FTP login info so I take a look at the installation?

If you’re ok with it, could you provide access to the ClickBank account? If not, please generate a new test card and send it to me, together with screenshots of your settings pages so I can review the credentials and URLs you have there and compare them with the ones you have in s2Member.

Hi,

Now Clickbank is working well but there are few issues still which I am not able to understand.

After coming from clickbank it does ask me to login again. why?
Second, where it is updating the membership plan in users table or in order table. There is no entry in the database yet.

It asks you to login again? Were you logged in when you started the checkout clicking the ClickBank button? By the way, you should not be logged in to your admin account when you pay, you should be logged out or with another regular account.

The payment doesn’t create a user, so it won’t automatically add a new user to the WP table for users. If you were not logged in, after payment you will be able to register an account that will get the access that was paid for.

Ah, if you’re okay with it, could you also send me the login info for ClickBank to take a look at your settings there? If not, at least send me a newly generated test card from ClickBank to try a doing a test purchase.

Did you send the test card so I can go through checkout and investigate the problem?

Please include screenshots of your your ClickBank admin pages were s2Member needed you to do something, so I can review the integration there.

Ben, I got your CB info and looked into your settings. I found that you didn’t configure the IPN URL. Set it up and test a purchase again.

[hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› IPN Integration[/hilite]
[hilite path]ClickBank Admin -> My Site -> Advanced Tools -> Instant Notification URL[/hilite]

I hope that solves the problem. :)
