Hi i have s2members version 130123 and buddypress Version 1.6.4. WordPress 3.5.1
If i have both active, all the RSS and update functionalities of wordpress disappear (seems that something block the external url). If i disable s2members it works again, in i re-enable it stops to work. The same happen if i disable buddypress and keep s2members it works. If both are active, i cannot update nothing and all the external url are not reachable from server.

Please help!
