job listings on my site

Hi, I have recently installed s2Member® Framework on my site to manage paid memberships. When members log in, I would like them to be able to list jobs which can be visible (and emailed) to other members in a designated postcode area. I would also like to enable them to manage their jobs on a dashboard of sorts and send messages member-member inside the site. I assume I need some kind of classifieds plugin for this but they require separate registration for an already-logged in member. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could acheive what I want to do? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. :)
