JWplayer 6+S3+Cloudfront , what broke?

I have read all the info on JWplayer and its issues on the forum.

I used the video and knowledge base to set everything up. Latest plugins, CMS, S2 Member. Updated today.

Have S3+Cloudfront. Trying to embed dummy video.mp4 and audio.mp3, and test but it is not working ;(

Tried disabling all the plugins and the theme. Tried in IE, Firefox, Chrome. Still not working.
