Hi

Hope you will be fine.

I am having an issue that where Paid members appear as subscribers whereas they are supposed to get Level 3. The problem comes around 10% as you can say if we have 10 members, 9 registers successfully and 1 become a subscriber. It is a rough guess.

We are using pro-forms. IPN logs are checked and they are sending the proper level info..

The issue is exactly same as http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/paid-subscriber-not-granted-lvl-1-access/ but at that topic no answer was given at the end. Can anyone help?
