log-in issue need help if want to purchase

Hello,
I’ve been trying to log into a private membership we’re building. Naturally I forgot my own password. I made a new one. BUT. the log-in page tells me too many attempts made to log-in and need to wait 30 minutes before trying again.
ok. I waited.
Its been almost 2 hours now and I keep getting the same message that I have to wait 30 minutes.
I need to be able to work on this site pronto and I cannot get into it.
HELP.
I thought I’d be purchasing s2 over dap but this is so frustrating I’m losing confidence in the system.
I did try to log-in from firefox, chrome, internet explorer, safari. and i did clear cookies., cache, etc
But still- not allowed to log-in
I realize this is a pre-sales area. But for me to become a paying member I need this help.
If you aren’t able to help me would you direct this topic to a technician. I cannot do so because I am not yet a paying member.

Other than this issue, you have a very easy to use membership site plug-in. I am not at all a pro here so its great.

You could try creating a new account through your database so that you can log in and clear your IP restrictions.

I’m back. Confused. I don’t know how to log into the database. I read the post and was lost immediately. No idea how to log into phpMyAdmin and locate my WordPress database. I have zero skillset in this- I just know that I go to the log-in page for the site and am told I am not allowed to put in a password for 30 minutes. Is this something my hosting company needs to fix? I appreciate your help. Thank you.

Hmmm- it is now loading. I appreciate your help here. Not sure how to delete my last comment- problem seems to be fixed!
