Loggin in from a remote domain

Hi, before I purchase your product (or use the free version) — I need to know if this is even possible.

I have 2 domains – consider them sister websites. On website1 (non wordpress site) – a person will register and become a member. One of the features offerd as a member is private access to website2’s (wordpress site) content.

It is possible to after registering on website1 – to provide registration data to website2 and then when the users is logged in on website1.com – that they can be automitcally logged into website2.com – without having to register again.

OR somehow pass data to website2 so that the user can access the content.

While this isn’t possible with s2Member right now, it’s certainly possible to attain.

You would need to do make some custom code on website1 so that it sends the registration data and payment confirmation to website2.

And you would need to modify website2 so that it can receive that info and make a user out of it.

However automatically logging the user isn’t wise, it’s probable it causes security issues.

JP, Eduán is correct about needing a customization.

In website1 you could try using the Notifications API and in website2 the Remote Operations API to create the user.
