How to Login/Register on Member Options page

Hi,

Objective:

Allow free and paid access to 2 different areas

Present configuration:

1. I have set level #0 and #1 on relevant pages and the members option page has the paypal
2. the welcome login page is configured to show the the level#0 page
3. the membership options is configured to open the level#1 page

Issues:

When attempting to open level#0 page I land on the members options page which does not have a register/login option only the paid option.

Is there a short code to add or what is the link to the Register/Login to send them there?.
