Login not redirecting to Login Welcome page

I’ve read some topics about broken redirection to login welcome page after logging in but none seems to reflect my issue. Problem is i use roles plugin to allow subscribers post their own posts on my blog. But when i change capabilities of subscribers also login welcome page changes to dashboard. Is there a way to force login redirect to login welcome page ? Edit : also as a note – i confirmed that no plugin is conflicting with redirection. (Roles plugin disabled causes the same effect) The only reason why user gets redirected to dashboard is change of capabilities. (allowance of creating and editing posts)
