Mailchimp only works with Free subsciption

Hi we have integrated Mailchimp, and it works if using free subscription form (http://blackknight.uk.com/wp-login.php?action=register), but when we use a payment subscription option see http://blackknight.uk.com/quarterly-subscription-to-the-black-knight/ It is not sending the details to mailchimp. Please advise. These 2 hopefully help for you to see the problem.

Also, when I test the payment option, it does not work on Google chrome it does not go through to paypal page, but does on firefox and safari. On chrome it gives this error: Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. Cookie /n

Do you have logging enabled? You can enable logging here: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration Then send us a Dashboard login so we can take a look at them here: s2Member® » Private Contact Form
