Making Card Start Date field not required

I have a site with S2member Pro, and I’ve created a buy it now pro form. I want to make the “Card Start Date” field not required, as currently I’m not accepting Maestro or Solo and I think that field is confusing to customers. How can I do that? The code I’m using is: `[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="1" ccaps="" desc="$99 for 1 month access" ps="paypal" lc="" cc="USD" dg="0" ns="1" custom="oneweekexcel.com" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="99.00" rp="1" rt="M" rr="BN" rrt="" rra="2" accept="paypal,visa,mastercard,amex,discover" accept_via_paypal="paypal,visa,mastercard,amex,discover" coupon="" accept_coupons="1" default_country_code="" captcha="0" /]` Also, the coupon code field is not displaying. Should I start a separate forum entry for this? Thanks
