Hello, I have a member that made a typo in her email address when she initially joined. Obviously she never received the initial activation email. I corrected her email address manually and I resent the Welcome email but she cannot login because she never clicked the activation link in the email. I get this error: ERROR: Your account has not been activated. Check your email for the activation link. Is there a way to manually activate this user or re-send the activation email to her correct email address? All of the PayPal info seems to be showing up correct for her account. Thanks. |
