Hello all,

First time post for me here!

Anyhow, I am looking for a little help. I have looked over various posts and I found that I can add a little script by Raam Dev that will allow a customised e-mail to be sent when a manual level change from level 0 to 1 is done by a admin

This works great on the principle that users register at level 0 (open registration) and then the admin of the site makes the decision to upgrade to level 1, this manually approve membership works just great.

http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=16143&p=54346#p54346 and https://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/customized-e-mail-when-manual-level-change/

But, I just know my client is going to ask. What if I deny a membership?. I want a email sent out too.

Now, I know I can leave the registered user set at level 0 and no harm will come by it. But, is it possible to set up an custom level that would send a deny email and level the user at level 0 so they get basic access to the site?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Mike
