Member access to an individual profile only

Hi there,

I’d would like to ask a pre-sales question about this software.
I have a client that would like an agency/profile website. Functions that are similar to a dating website, but not that type of website.

Can this software be set up so viewers that wanted to look at INDIVIDUAL full profile or photos of them, would need to pay a small fee via paypal before getting access?

I understand it would be possible for viewers to view full profiles of all members in the system, but what if the viewer was to only pay to view one full profile only?

No, s2Member doesn’t really do that. The URI restriction would work fine if you wanted to give access to all profiles together, but individual ones wouldn’t be practical.

Maybe you could sell custom capabilities with the usernames of the members. Then you could customize the public profile page’s template to add a conditional that checks for the custom capability that matches the username of the profile requested, and based on that allow access or present a message charging for it.
