I’m running into this weird problem. I have two members that can login but once logged in cannot access a page that they should have access to.

What is really odd, is that when I login using their username and password, I can see the pages they should have access to.

I’m not quite sure why they can’t. I’ve even deleted their user account and recreated a new one, and they still don’t have access.

Can someone help me out with any suggestions I should try?

My web address is

Thanks so much!

Diana

Hello Diana,

What access to these users have and what is the page/post protected with? That’s the info we need the most first. :)

Eduan,

Thanks for your getting in touch.

The page is protected with level 2 or higher.

The users are either level 2 or 3.

So they should have access but it’s not allowing them to see the page. When they click to go to that page, it automatically takes them to the subscribe page.

I’m not sure but it seems like things are going wonky. Some members aren’t getting their registration information once they pay.

If you need access to my website, let me know.

Thanks so much!
