I am trying to figure out how I can give a member a regular WP role. I would like people who are members of my site to be able to make posts, but I am not quite sure if it is possible or if it is how to go about setting S2m up this way. Could someone help me figure this out?

I’d also like to know a similar thing. How to I give someone who’s an WP author s2membership *as well* as allowing them to write posts

Hello Michael, Melissa,

I believe you can achieve this using the User Role Editor plugin, simply edit the s2Member level roles so that they have what you want, be aware that s2Member might behave strangely though.
