Hi guys/Girls I have a customer who has logged in to his account once, Lost his password & when he goes through the “lost password” process, is not receiving emails (it’s hotmail if that helps). He’s tried 3 times. So I’m trying to find a way to send him his password manually or another way of accomplishing the same. A little help? thanks, Jason |
