Hi guys/Girls

I have a customer who has logged in to his account once, Lost his password & when he goes through the “lost password” process, is not receiving emails (it’s hotmail if that helps). He’s tried 3 times. So I’m trying to find a way to send him his password manually or another way of accomplishing the same.

A little help?

Hi!

Just to let you know, I have also had this and the client has had to manually type there new password in.

Look forward to seeing the fix for this.

I figured it out… just go to the user in S2 plugin & you can change the password temporarily & email it to them. They can change the password from there.
