Member/Referral Login with a redirect

Here is my issue. I am am a independent sales agent for a nationwide company. I have a replicated website with that company which is “www.tvcmatrix.com/roadmaptofreedom.” roadmaptofreedom is my affiliate referral name/code. When a new member joins, they are given the same website ie http://www.tvcmatrix.com/(their affiliate name/code that they choose.)
I have set up a separate website “www.mca80dollarcommissions.com”> which will be used as a training platform and to explain the benefits associated with being an MCA Member. We will be holding conference calls for our team, that can be used to invite new prospective members to the conference to learn about the income opportunity. We will then send those members back to the person that invited them to the call, so that they can sign up the new member, and receive the commission. If someone comes to the conference, and they were not referred by a member, they would be directed to my site where they would sign up under my link. However, if they were referred, I want the prospect to be able to enter the referral link of the person that referred them, so they could be taken to “their site”, and not mine, so that person receives the credit for the signup, and then that would also give them access to the members area on the site. Does anyone have any idea how to do this with s2.

EXAMPLE #1

BOB IS A MEMBER AND HIS AFFILIATE LINK IS WWW (TVCMATRIX.COM/BOBSLINK)
Bob gives Jane a business card with his referral code (BOBSLINK). Jane comes to the free conference calls. Jane decides she wants to join. On the JOIN NOW TAB, there is a box that says, “IF YOU HAVE A REFERRAL CODE, ENTER HERE” otherwise they are automatically redirected to “www.tvcmatrix.com/roadmaptofreedom”, which is my site. If Jane enters (BOBSLINK) in the box, then the site will redirect her to “www.tvcmatrix.com/bobslink”, which is Bobs site, where he will receive the credit and commission. Once Jane becomes a member, her referral code she used when she joined as a member, would them give here access to the members area of the “www.mca80dollarcommission.com”> website. She could then replicate the same process, by inviting prospects to the conference calls, where they could do the same thing and get credit.

EXAMPLE #2

Steve heard about http://www.mca80dollarcommissions.com”> and decides he wants to join. He was not referred by anyone, so the join now tab allows him to be redirected to “www.tvcmatrix.com/roadmaptofreedom”>, where he joins, and then his affiliate link now gives him access to the members only area on the “www.mca80dollarcommissions.com”> website.

Am I making this to complicated, is there a way to do his, or does someone have a better idea of what I am trying to do?
