Hello,

I’ve looked through similar posts regarding the same issue and I’ve double checked the following:

– Permalink Settings are set to Default
– I have cleared my cache
– I have deactivated every single one of my plugins and tested
– I have deactivated the theme and and tested with TwentyEleven and the 404 error still appears

The only time I can get the member options page to show is when I select it as a static page, but then a message appears at the top of the dashboard warning against this setting. However, the correct setting does not work.

Is there anything else that I’m missing? The website is http://alshoh.com

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

UPDATE: I figured it out, I guess. I created another page and set it to static page, and it seems to work now.

Hello Chanell,

Glad you figured it out. :)

The problem here is that you were trying to setup the membership options page as the homepage, which can cause conflicts so s2Member warns you against this.
