Hello!
I read and watched everything you have to offer, but still a little confused on implementation.

1. I want to give everyone the ability to join.
2. Membership is based on age ( basically )
a. Student $10 / year
b. Individual $20 / year
c. Family $25 / year

This is where I get lost. How should I set that sort of membership up? Is it possible to build a family role, where several family members could sign in?

Membership gives you access to an activities page, discounts, ect.

I will purchase the pro(plan on using authorize.net) but wanted to know if this was possible to demo as stated with the free s2member.

Thanks,

Bill

Hi Bill.

So far, group memberships are not yet easy to achieve with each group member having his own account, but a single payment being done for the access of all in the group. This will improve in the future, but it’s not ready yet.

What can be done, though, is to have more than one person using the same account, which would work for a family, I guess.

I hope that helps. :)

I haven’t started using S2 yet, but have a similar situation and am getting ready to install. We will have 3 levels of membership: No cost, Registered User; then Individual Membership at $20; and Family Membership at $25. Can the forms for recording information on members be modified to cover fields such as spouse, date of birth, etc. so that the Individual only has forms for one person and the family has fields for more than one? I’d like to know a little more about it before I embark on installing S2. Thank you.
