We had 10 membership levels and now only 0-4 are showing up. The wpconfig file is defined for 10. We think that the levels disappeared with the recent update but are not sure. All s2 plugins have been redownloaded and FTP’d back to the server. Plugin has been deactivated and reactivated.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Nelson,

Have you made sure that you also have the pro version installed? I believe you need the pro version for this functionality.

If yes, could you follow these common troubleshooting tips in order to see if any of these are the reasont: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips

Pro not installed was my first thought but it was reuploaded and it seems to be there and working. The pro module info is present although I thought the menu sidebar used to say “s2member pro”, but can be certain.

The curious thing is that this site has been running with the same plugins and theme for over 6 months. Other than updates, nothing has changed.

We found it! The Server Check Tool indicated that we needed to update the memory and we knew we had done that but it was not working. We always move the config.php file to the root directory but found another config.php that planted itself in the WordPress directory during a reinstall and was the one WordPress was reading – which only defined 4 levels.

Thanks for the help and ideas.
