Membership Options Page – Setup

I am still unsure of how/where to implement.
Should I insert the sample code in a php file somewhere? Better prctice to use a file that is seldom updated? Or try to use the theme? Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Ihave been trying to use the PHP Exec plugin(s) with no luck.

You can leave Bruce a question regarding his tutorial there, but you can put the functions he gives in a must-use plugin. http://codex.wordpress.org/Must_Use_Plugins

Basically put the PHP file with your code in the the /wp-content/mu-plugins/ directory and it’ll be loaded automatically by WordPress.
