Membership signup page not found

Hi

I have a problem. My membership signup page disappeared and shows: Page not found. It was working for some time and recently disappeared. In the list of all pages it shows that it will be always available (can’t be restricted) and it is selected to be my sign up page in the s2members settings. Any advice?

OK, it is working now after updated these four plugins:

amr users
Contact Form 7
User Role Editor
WordPress SEO

Not sure what was the error, but this updates repaired it.
