Membership Sub-accounts

I need for a business to purchase a base membership for $x that entitles that business up to five employees to have their own accounts for free. I have read many posts and watched the two videos regarding free registration for sub-accounts. However, I believe my small site can be managed manually so that when a company representative initially signs up and pays for the accounts, I would like for him to enter the names/email addresses of the additional registrants. I, in turn, will set up a basic membership for the additional registrants and email them their username/password, which they can change later. Is this possible? Where would the names/email addresses of the additional registrants be entered, and how would that information come back to me?

Please provide me with instructions.

So what you want is for the customer to enter the name and email of the other 5 users so you create the accounts for them manually? In that case you could use the custom profile fields.
