migrating members from aMember to s2?

So, our triathlon club had been using aMember…they were having problems…I think it was probably the hosting but they have hired me to do a complete rebuild. So, I am doing fresh build from the ground up and using BuddyPress. Their web guy is going to get me the existing membership database in CSV… I have purchased the pro version of s2…..what sort of preparation should I take before I click the IMPORT button?
