OK, I have been trying to get help here for several weeks. Once registered, users do not receive their username/password email. I have followed all troubleshooting noted here: http://www.s2member.com/kb/troubleshooting-email-delivery-problems/ and have confirmed, s2member is not sending the username/password. The registration email is sent, but that is all that’s being sent. I am beyond frustrated. Can some one please answer my threads on this problem? I have been asking for weeks, I have followed all trouble shooting…..this is a confirmed s2member issue. |
