multiple products in one site

Hello

in one of my sites i would like to offer quite a membership options/products.

i sell information about the stock markets, so i would like the members to select the segment that they want the information on. there can be more then 10 segments, and i would like the option of allowing the members to chose any combination of these segment.

i would also like to offer members of one segment to join other segments as well

how do i set the s2m to offer multi products like this?
the level concept clearly cannot suit this job,

please direct me to a tutorial about this
