Need help with "This product is inactive…"

Hi there,

I’m trying to get Clickbank buttons to work for a client, but no matter what I do it always gives the error:

IMPORTANT!

This product is inactive and/or no longer for sale. This product has been disabled for one or more of the following reasons:
Limited quantities
Limited offer period
Terms of service violation

I have verified over and over that the Clickbank Options are all set up correctly in s2Member including Account Details and IPN secret key.

Here is the short code for the button:

The Clickbank account is still awaiting verification, but when I go to http://1weekpas.janbella.pay.clickbank.net it works fine.

The buttons just aren’t working. I ran the server verification tool and everything came up green. Although the logs show the “Unable to verify POST vars…” error, the $_POST variables are populated fine.

I disabled every single WordPress plugin one by one and it made no difference.

I disabled the theme and switched to a few different ones, no go.

On Clickbank’s site I created new API keys and entered them into s2Member, recreated buttons no change. I changed product’s item #’s then recreated the buttons, still no go same error. Changed the secret key as well.

I even installed s2Member on a completely different website, different server completely and it gives the same error.

It must be something with the Clickbank account and s2Member not creating the right shortcode for some reason.

I have logging enabled, let me know how to send logs to you. I can provide you with Clickbank account info and FTP access if need be.

The error that you’ve reported comes from ClickBank, and I’m seeing this error even on the default checkout page. See: http://1weekpas.janbella.pay.clickbank.net/

Please check Product ID# 1 in your ClickBank acct. and confirm this Product is still active. Thanks!
