Need to know if Pro will handle my scenario

I really want to use this plugin. I’m ready to purchase the Pro version, but, need to know if it’s going to do what I need. I’m a plugin kind of guy, not a coder.

The situation is a simple matter of:

Admin enters all customer data up front (or via CSV)
(member #, name, address, date-of-birth, etc.)
Customer arrives with a membership card
w/ UPC label (member #)
Card is scanned
Customer data member #/date-field
is updated with the current date or a new instance of ‘checking in’ (either automatically or a simple look up member and manually update the record.

It’s not even a big database – maybe 500-1000 members.

That’s pretty much it. Every time I get close to a solution in the database world, I stop and try to find a WordPress plugin to maintain the data. I’ve been going back and forth for over a month now. I would prefer the data be stored either on Dropbox, Google Drive, or inside a WordPress database.
